James Harrer is presently a senior electrical engineer at Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corporation, and also has ten years experience in design engineering for the biomedical industry. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in biology at the University of Toledo, and did post-graduate work and taught anatomy at the University of Colorado before earning an MSEE, also at CU. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with the state of Colorado
