Mission Statement
Our IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society, Denver region local chapter has a very clear vision. Our main mission is to bring the school of thought of “inter-disciplinary” collaboration for the innovation in the field of Engineering in Medicine and Biology, which directly impacts patient care and humanity in general.
Since our mission is to be promoting growth for our young talents, we invite speakers from the state of Colorado and all over the globe which is the driving force of this organization. Our EMBS board consists of pioneering scientists, medical doctors, engineers, industrialists, entrepreneurs, and thus our synergy is totally linked to the outside world to tap the best resources. As part of our growth, we also foster professional development and recognize excellence. We are a bridge between industry-academia-and-education.
